For recruiters & hiring teams

Hire marketers
who are
actually looking.

One audience, one discipline, no noise.

MKTHIVE is read by marketers only. Your role sits next to 689 others, not twenty-two thousand, colour-coded to the exact discipline you're hiring for.

How posting works

Three steps

1

Write the listing

Title, discipline, work type, location and a salary range. About five minutes.

2

Choose a package

Standard, Featured or a campaign of five. Pay once — no subscription, no per-applicant fees.

3

Go live the same day

We check it reads properly, then publish. Applications arrive by email, straight from the candidate.

Step 01

Choose your package

Pick one and the order summary below updates. One payment, no subscription, no per-applicant fee, no charge if we decline it.

Hiring more than once?

Buy Featured listings up front and use them whenever a role opens. Post with the same email address and we take a credit automatically — no code to remember. Credits last twelve months and a listing already running is never cut short.

Why it costs what it costs

A general board sells you reach. This one sells you the opposite: your role sits beside 689 others rather than twenty thousand, in front of an audience that is entirely marketers, colour-coded to the exact discipline you are hiring for.

Every listing on the site was read and classified before it went up — 339 of 690 show what they pay, and the rest say so plainly. That is the reason people come back, and the reason your listing is worth putting here.

Step 02

About your company

This is what appears next to the role in search results.

Step 03

The role

Discipline and work type decide where the listing appears.

Step 04

Salary

This is the first thing a marketer looks for, and the reason they trust this index. Listings that show it get far more attention.

Step 05

Description & how to apply

What the job actually is, and where applications should land.

Step 06

Add-ons, and where we reply

Add-ons are optional — tick any and the total updates. Your email is where we confirm the listing, and nowhere else.

Every submission is read by a human before it appears. We’ll email you either way — usually within a day.

Posting questions

Six answers

Do I have to publish a salary?

We ask for one, and we lead with it. Marketers filter on pay, so a listing with a range gets considerably more attention — and considerably better applicants. If you genuinely can't publish a figure, tell us why when you submit and we'll talk.

How long does a listing run?

Thirty days on Standard and Featured, or sixty with the extension add-on. You can close it early once you've hired.

What if I don't hire?

Tell us and we'll talk. Most roles that go unfilled here had a salary at the bottom of the market or a title nobody searches for, and we'd rather help you fix the listing than quietly re-run the same one.

Where do applications go?

Straight to whatever you put in the “how to apply” field — your ATS link or an email address. MKTHIVE doesn't collect CVs, doesn't sit between you and the candidate, and doesn't charge per applicant.

Can agencies and recruiters post?

Yes, as long as the listing names the company being hired for and the role is real and open. We'll ask you for the pay range like everyone else.

Can I edit a listing after it goes live?

Yes, any time, from the link in your confirmation email. Edits go live immediately.

Still deciding?

Look at how listings appear before you write one.
