MKTHIVE — 690 roles across 20 disciplines, rebuilt daily

Terms

Last updated 15 September 2026

Plain terms for a simple service: we list marketing jobs, and you apply to the company directly.

Using the site

Browsing is free and needs no account. You may not scrape the site wholesale, resell the listings, or use them to build a competing index — the same courtesy we extend to the boards we read.

What a listing is

Listings come from employers’ own public job boards or are submitted by employers directly. We check that each one is a real marketing role and that it states a salary, but we don’t verify every claim a company makes about itself. Applying, negotiating and accepting are between you and them.

We don’t collect applications or CVs, and we are not a recruiter or an agent. We take no fee from anyone who gets hired.

Posting a job

A listing runs for 30 days, or 60 with the extension. Featured listings are pinned for 7 days. Every submission is read before it appears, and we may decline one — most often because the role isn’t marketing, the listing doesn’t name the company being hired for, or the application link doesn’t work.

What it costs, and when you pay

A Standard listing is $299 and a Featured listing is $449, each a single payment covering the whole run — no subscription and no renewal unless you ask for one. Add-ons are priced on the posting page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which we add where we are required to.

You are invoiced once the listing is approved, and it goes live when we approve it — we don’t hold a role back waiting for the money to clear. If an invoice is unpaid 30 days after the listing ends we may decline future postings until it is settled.

If we decline your listing you are not charged, and any payment already taken is returned in full. If we publish it and you are unhappy, email us within 7 days and we’ll refund it — no form and no argument. After 7 days a published listing is not refundable, because the run has been delivered.

You keep the right to edit or close your listing at any time using the link in your confirmation email. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post, and for it being a genuine, lawful vacancy.

Removals

Any company can have its roles removed from the index within 24 hours by emailing hello@mkthive.com.

The boring but necessary part

The site is provided as it is. We work hard to keep listings accurate and current, but we can’t guarantee a role is still open, that the pay is as stated, or that the site is always available. We aren’t liable for decisions you make based on a listing — check the details with the employer.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to an employer for any listing is capped at what you paid us for it.

We may change these terms; the date above tells you when we last did. A change never applies backwards to a listing already bought and running.
